Wendy is a senior investment and finance executive and brings significant experience in all facets of real estate investment and capital financing to her role as a Strategic Advisor with Promerita Group.

Prior to joining Promerita, Wendy was the Chief Operating Officer for Peterson Group, a leading, Canadian financing group active in real estate investment, development, capital lending and private equity. Over the course of her 15 year tenure, she successfully led that company’s growth from 25 employees to over 800 personnel and was instrumental in the acquisition and financing of a multi-billion dollar portfolio comprising in excess of 5 million square feet of real estate across the country, including several of Canada’s most iconic privately-owned properties.

In addition to being a designated accounting professional, Wendy holds a commerce degree in Accounting and Economics from the University of Toronto and is a member of the Chartered Professional Accountants of British Columbia and Canada.

Outside of her professional responsibilities, Wendy enjoys golf, skiing, foodie travel and spending quality time with her husband and triplets.
