With a finance-based background, Danson provides due diligence, analytical and strategic support to the Promerita real estate and capital team, managing investor relationships as well as administration of our group’s capital investments and co-investments by our capital partners.

Danson brings prior commercial banking experience with a major Canadian chartered bank where he focused on mid-market deals as a loan analyst. In this role, he had exposure to a variety of industries and learned how to identify and mitigate key financial and business risks.

Danson obtained his bachelor’s degree from the UBC Sauder School of Business with a specialization in finance. Additionally, Danson has received education in real estate development, investment, and financing which have helped guide his professional interests.

Born and raised in Vancouver, Danson is an avid Canucks fan who likes to dabble with graphic designing on the side.
