Kathleen brings a background in project management and business administration to her role at Promerita. In addition to overseeing the administration for Promerita Group, Kathleen manages the operational aspects of our realty services company, and oversees the administration of our group’s capital investments and co-investments by our capital partners.

Kathleen has managed capital transactions with public companies, and has experience leading and managing significant real estate transactions in a range of market segments, including single and multi-family residential, commercial, strata, industrial and redevelopment land.

Kathleen holds a business degree with dual concentrations in finance and operations management from the Beedie School of Business at Simon Fraser University and has real estate training through the Sauder School of Business at the University of British Columbia where she is completing her education as a Managing Broker for our realty services company. She is also a licensed associate with Promerita’s realty services company and is a member of the British Columbia Real Estate Association and the Canada Real Estate Association.

Outside of her work and educational pursuits, Kathleen enjoys international travel – particularly to tropical destinations – and has recently developed an interest in downhill skiing.
