Margaret brings a comprehensive knowledge of both residential and commercial real estate to her role at Promerita. She has been involved in real estate transactions and investments since 2009 with a particular focus on serving the Asia Pacific market.

Margaret joins us from Colliers where she served as Director of Asia Pacific Division. She worked with Asia based real estate corporations with the objective of servicing significant inbound Asian investors, developers, and occupiers.

Margaret holds a degree in Business Administration with a Marketing concentration from Simon Fraser University. She has music training through Vancouver Academy of Music and holds a concert pianist certificate from The Royal Conservatory of Music. She has real estate training through the Sauder School of Business at the University of British Columbia and has completed advanced education in the Managing Broker program and has previously served as Managing Broker of Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) Vancouver office. Margaret is a member of the British Columbia Real Estate Association and the Canada Real Estate Association.

Born in Shanghai, China and immigrated to Vancouver at the age of 11, Margaret has thorough knowledge of both Western and Asian cultures and is fluent in English and Mandarin. Outside of her professional pursuits, Margaret enjoys wine tasting and international travelling to discover new cultures and expand her perspectives.  She currently lives in Yaletown, Vancouver.
