Mark is a senior advisor to Promerita’s Capital Group. He is currently a Divisional President of one of Canada’s leading publicly listed information communication groups, where he leads strategic corporate development and acquisitions for the firm with operating responsibilities over the company’s portfolio of business information and data businesses.

Mark also has extensive Senior Executive President and CEO experience with several international technology firms a number of which were successfully monetized in transactions with global leaders like Amazon.com and Compuware. In addition to his experience as an entrepreneur and senior executive, Mark was a management consultant with the Monitor Group, a prominent global consulting firm that merged with Deloitte’s Global Strategy Consulting practice.

Mark’s extensive professional experience is matched by his education. After graduating with an honors degree in finance from the Sauder School of Business UBC, Mark completed graduate studies at Harvard University, where he earned his MBA degree at Harvard Business School and a Masters in Public Administration Degree International Finance at the Kennedy School of Government.

Outside of his professional responsibilities, Mark prizes time with his wife and three children. They enjoy an active lifestyle living on the North Shore while frequenting Whistler during the winter months. Mark has lived worked and traveled extensively overseas, and he and his wife still enjoy international travel.
